The contact information for the Data Protection Officer (DPO), who will oversee the management of tasks related to this role, is: dpo@nortempo.com.

WHAT TYPES OF DATA DO WE PROCESS?

The data subject to processing will vary depending on the services used by the user.

  • Data obtained directly from the user: This refers to the data provided when filling out the forms provided, such as the contact request form and the Talentum registration form. This data includes identifying and contact information, such as first and last names and email address, among others, as well as any other information requested and provided during the selection processes. Each form will indicate which fields are required and which are optional.
  • Data Not Obtained from the User: While browsing, data such as that sent by the browser, the IP address assigned by your provider, or information about the device used may be collected. This information, provided the user consents by accepting the corresponding cookie categories, may be used to personalize the content and ads displayed. If you have chosen to register using social media connectors, these platforms will provide us with data shared with them, such as geolocation data, personal characteristics, social circumstances, or academic and professional information, among others, including identifying information such as your profile picture. You can review the settings on the various social media platforms if you wish to revoke the permissions you have granted and, thereby, control the information transmitted through the social media connector.

WHAT PURPOSES DO WE PROCESS DATA?

We may process your personal data for the following purposes

  • Request for Information: Provide personalized information about the various scheduled courses and their respective formats, or about any other type of training available in our training catalog.
  • Contact: The email address or phone number provided for contact purposes will be used to effectively respond to the questions raised. The use of the instant messaging app will not involve the processing of the phone numbers of their owners. When contact is made through our contact centers, some conversations may be recorded, solely for the purpose of tracking the interaction and the corresponding contract or registration process.
  • Registration with Talentum: Registering as a user will grant you access to restricted services, and the resume information you submit will be used in current and future recruitment processes.
  • Communications: Whenever possible, we will send communications regarding our products and services, as well as valuable information for users about potential hiring processes.

LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

Based on the processing activities carried out, we provide below the legal basis for each of them:

  • Consent: Consent will be duly obtained for subscribing to our newsletters and updates, as well as for providing a timely response to all questions or inquiries raised by Users. Consent is always revocable and may be withdrawn at any time. However, if consent is withdrawn, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to the withdrawal. The consents obtained for the aforementioned purposes are independent of one another; therefore, one may be revoked without affecting the others.
  • Performance of a contract (or precontractual measures): When the data subject applies for one of the job openings posted on any of the websites of the companies listed above.
  • Legitimate Interest: Based on this legal basis, we will forward requests for information to the company best positioned to provide the solution sought by users. In this regard, and on the same legal basis, we may send commercial communications in accordance with users’ preferences and interests.

WHO DOES YOUR DATA GET SHARED WITH?

Candidates’ information will be shared with our clients who, either on their own initiative or at our specific request, may be interested in evaluating candidates for a specific or potential job opening.

Similarly, information may be disclosed to public authorities, judges, and courts in order to comply with the applicable legal obligations.

To fulfill the other purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy, we may rely on third parties, including, where applicable, technology service providers, as well as providers of customer service, marketing, and advertising services.

There are no plans to transfer data internationally outside the European Union.

EXERCISING RIGHTS

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed. Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the correction of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Under certain circumstances, data subjects may request that the processing of their data be restricted or object to such processing; in such cases, we will retain their data solely for the purpose of asserting or defending legal claims.

To do so, users may exercise the rights granted by law (i) by email to protecciondatos@nortempo.com; or (ii)by mail to the address listed above.
